Pre-sale questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We have 2 ways to accept payment.

1. Using Paypal/Paypro.
2. Using Visa/Master Card.

In all cases you have to use credit card to make payment.
#1 and #2 option is available on payment page. The discount code is same for #1 and #2. If you find issue, send us for how much days do you want to renew your subscription? We will send google invoice.

No, The service is designed for parents to keep watch on their kid's phone. You must not use our service for any other purpose. If it comes to our notice then we may terminate your service with immediate effect.

Application collects data all the time and upload it as and when it connects with internet.
The monitored device requires the Internet access to get Spygate working, that is to send the captured data (the SMS logs, Call History or Location information) from the target phone to your Control Panel for review. You will also need the Internet connection on the target phone to initially download the app.
